About

Tabetha House, RDH

Tabetha joined our dental family in March 2022. She graduated with her Bachelor’s of Science in Dental Hygiene from Old Dominion University, where she was the first person in her family to go to college and obtain a degree. As you can imagine, her family is very proud of her accomplishments. Some accomplishments include being a part of the cheerleading team at ODU and winning the National Championship in 2017, receiving the community impact award scholarship her senior year, and graduating college with honors. Tab brings a lot of positivity and encouragement to the office, which reflects in her patient care. Tabetha has a passion for patient education and comfort when they see her for their dental hygiene needs. When you see Tab in the office, you will feel confident that she has a smile on under her mask!
Why did she choose our dental home to be hers? Tab answers, “It felt like a very natural connection. I love the passion this whole office brings not only to dental care, but to the overall health and quality of life of their patients. I am so grateful and very excited to be a part of such a knowledgeable and well established team.”

Outside of the office, Tabetha loves community involvement and is an advocate for inclusion. She enjoys anything outdoors from snowboarding, to water skiing, and especially camping. Flex is her 6 year old fur baby, and can be found along her side in most of her adventures. Tab just bought a house across from Ocean View Beach, so on the weekends you can find her walking Flex up and down the beach and making Norfolk their new home.

September 9, 2020

Do you have frequent headaches or migraines, earaches or tinnitus, tender jaw muscles, or a dull aching facial pain? Do you often have neck and shoulder pain? Does your jaw lock or stray to one side when you open your mouth? These aches and pains may be related to the jaw joint, called the temporomandibular joint or “TMJ,” and the muscles that work to move the joint.
